Players disappeared from Madden Mobile 20

Question

As of 3/24/2020, everything was fine with Madden Mobile 20 (Amazon Fire Tablet)

However when my son logged on this morning, 3/25/2020, some key players had disappeared, specifically ones he earned from a $29.99 field pass plus another player. We have no idea why these players are gone? Let me know if you need additional information - my son has worked hard building his roster (he’s 10 which is why I posting for him)
