Players disappearing mid-play

I realize this sounds absurd, but several times I’ve experienced where my player (or sometimes ALL players) suddenly disappear. This has happened on kick off returns, normal play, and also on PAT. On...

Try reaching out to our Support team to see if they can look into this for you on an individual account basis. There doesn't appear to be any planned compensation for this by our staff so I cannot guarantee it can be done, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Does it happen when you're running a recording program in the background or other apps running while you're playing?

Thank you! This appears to be a known issue that's being looked into. Does it only happen near the red zone for you?

  @EA_Blueberryhad same issues. Redzone and 2pt attempt. During my 2pt attempt lost action controls too so had to forfeit. Tried reporting but EA help had issues too.

I wonder if its judt a thing with the lions because that's the only team i play with and this has happened to me multiples times while playing online
