I know many teams like me that are tired of the ipad crashing all day long. How many Championship tournament results are just garbage because someone got screwed out of and entire drive? Where is the FIX? Where is a RESUME button especially if there hasn't even been a kick off yet? I've seen a RESUME button TWICE in LvL crashes so it seems like you're trying? Problem is I've crashed HUNDREDS of times.What about the constant crashing in Arena BEFORE the kickoff? Cost me so much stamina this year. Cost me precious tickets for the arena end-of-promo, too! Maybe you don't even KNOW the ipad just crashes, looses drives and matches and stamina, since DAY 1 through today?OK, @EA_Blueberry trying to make sure you know this is a HUGE ISSUE, since day 1 and is still hurting many teams. In arena-based play, madden mobile crashes right at that 99-100% for many, many different versions of the ipad. None of the android users I know have this issue.Signed,Tired of seeing "You chose to Forfeit..." and losing resources.

@MaxDoubt222 Not just ipad. It happens across all platforms. Yeah they need to change that "you chose to forfeit" bs. I chose nothing your garbage software crashed...... that can get infuriating, at least change the verbiage to just say the match was forfeited not I chose to forfeit!

Thank you for raising this and a couple questions for you both. When these crashes happen, how long were you playing for before it happened? Are you playing on a WiFi or mobile network connection? We can dive into troubleshooting if you're up to see what we can do to help avoid this from constantly happening. I'll be sure to pass your thoughts on this along to the team though, I completely understand how it can be annoying and frustrating when you're investing stamina/tickets.

@EA_Blueberry Thanks for such a quick response. I'm on pretty much 24/7. It can happen right after logon or after playing a while. It is always before the match fully loads. ...90%, 94%, 99% - app closes or sometimes it gets to 100% then closes and the 'match overview' screen never appears. Mostly in arena, sometimes LeagueVleague, sometimes league tournaments and head-to-head. I do not play OverDrive.Always on WiFiChecked with leagueMates, only ipads/tablets. All the "phone" teams say a crash is rare.

@MaxDoubt222 Have you tried removing the WiFi network from your device and re-added it?Do you have a gaming router where you can add either a 2.4Ghz or 5.0Ghz channel? I was experiencing this issue from time to time on one of the channels and upon switching I hardly ever get it anymore.

Please, Please, PLEASE EA, fix your ipad crashing software!

There are authentic cases where servers will crash for the masses and most of the time it's due to very high traffic. I know with the pandemic a lot more players were playing online so ISPs were getting slammed with traffic, which also factored into some lag and instability because of this unexpected event. The feedback on better servers is authentic and we'll always pass that along to the team to make sure they are aware this is where players are experiencing the negative aspects of our game.

It's still always important to run through the basics when it comes to troubleshooting crashes though just to cover the bases in the event it could be a local network issue and improve connectivity if possible. When those steps fail we can rule out it's not a local network problem which helps us understand what is going wrong around the time of the incident for our teams on the back-end to help mitigate it from happening in the future, if that makes sense.

@EA_Blueberry OK, We have performed ALL the steps outlined above. Nothing has changed, iPads continue to "crash on load". Even cost us a tournament, well down by 4 with 1 drive left and crash.

If 99.9% of these crashes happen before the kickoff, why not fix the RESUME? I've seen it twice this season in LvL? Is the timing off? Works great for drills.

I believe when it doesn't show up that could be due to the match no longer being eligible to resume in order to prevent exploitation.

Do you get the option under preferences within the game's settings menu to adjust the graphics down a bit? That will improve performance and may prevent crashes.

@EA_BlueberryI get not having it during the game as cheaters will cheat. 99% of the crashes, for my squad, happen BEFORE THE FIRST KICKOFF. You can see in drives, NO KICKOFF, just one line. Nothing happened.

MyTeam - 3rd Drive vs YourTeam

then NOTHING, no kickoff, no runback, no plays. It's how we can spot a crash vs. a cheat. The cheat ends with a few plays then like 1st and 10 and nothing, cuz it was closed due to a pick6.

Again, 99% of the crashes happen before any kickoff or any play or runback. There is no possible way to "exploit this"?
EDIT: yeah played with settings, no difference including playability as the Ipad is newer and only has madden and golf installed.
