The Portal Machine is missing in my sets yet you can still play for items!

I'm sorry, I fully understand what you mean. Can you go into a little more detail and provide a screenshot if possible?

The in game “tools” you need to get 1 of 4 of the daily 10 items you used to get 78 OVR players disappeared but the tool games were still available to play. Can’t remember the name of the player cards that you could choose 1 of 4.
Game’s over now anyway.
Server crashes are still happening, especially during tournament play and that’s not good for EA or me. Lost a game just now and the opponent never loaded to play.
