@EA_Barry Which set of ports do I need to open?? The only systems listed are the Playstations and the Xbox systems.

Community ManagerApologies, that is my mistake. There are no ports required for madden mobile.

@EA_Barry Would you know what is causing the resource download error. I get it on data and on wi-fi that causes my game to crash sometimes

That error happens when your device drops its data connection. Can you power cycle your device and then get as close as you can to your Wi-Fi source and retry please?
