Pretty sure the gem calendar didnt give me my 600 gems this morning

Did You check Items and see if there were any unopened Items or packs?

This is the second day in a row I have not received my 600 calendar gems that I purchased during the Black Friday event.

The first day after purchasing I got a popup with a claim button. This did not happen yesterday (Dec 1) or today (Dec 2).

i just opened up my game 1st time today.

I definitely did not go through either of the log in calendars...the coins/stamina regular one, and the black friday gem calendar.

The game, however, says i did go through a login calendar and get a reward.

I paid real close attention today...and i went through neither.

I have too many gems to know if i got any this morning...but i believe i didnt.

So...thats 2 days in a row now...i didnt spend 500 bf tickets on this to not get gems

Did you check Items? It shows  unopened packs and items.

Hi everybody! When I completed the team of the week event I did not get the thousands of gems it promised plus I got only 1 team of the week player when it said I would get 3. Somebody please help!

Yep. I always check there. Cleared app data. Reinstalled. Did all the things. Thanks!
