I was directed here from the help staff who told me that there must have been a system issue or glitch. I will copy and paste what I wrote in my complaint below and maybe someone can help me. I initially messaged about the inability to find Lamar jackson’s Mvp badge exchange, and I am really upset that I was not able to acquire him, since I used my badges once he won the mvp specifically intending to get him, since he is my favorite player and would slide nicely into my team at a 96, but I was unable to obtain his card during the ghosts promo. If I had known he wouldn’t be obtainable, I would’ve saved my badges and put them into different badges and would’ve claimed my 5 promo badges differently so I could’ve gotten Jamal Adams or geno atkins. I would even settle for one of last year’s 96s like Deshaun Watson, but overall this was a horrible experience because I spent hours getting badges for this and opened packs to get more badges and it was all a waste now. I am missing not actually missing rewards. I completed a set that promised the ability to exchange the token for the pro bowl mvp, but Lamar Jackson, the pro bowl mvp, is not an option to claim for this badge, and I do not understand why this is? He is my favorite player and I spent my hard earned badges from packs and events that I spent hours playing for this reward. I am really discouraged that he is not available here, as I do not have the coins to buy any cards that are at the level of my team of his since they were not obtainable outside of extreme luck despite all of my attempts to obtain his 94 evolvable card when released. This is extremely frustrating, since I am not very interested in the cards that were released instead of Lamar Jackson, who was a pro bowl mvp.”
