How do you unlock the Ultimate Power Play Blitz? I’ve completed the Power Play Blitz twice, once to unlock the Power Play Plus Blitz and once later, completed the Power Play Plus Blitz the limit 5 times, and restarted my iPad. But the Ultimate is still locked?
