Can you let us know if the following specific steps help you with this please.
- Make sure your Google Play Store app is up to date. It should be version 8.3.73 or later.
- In Settings -> Display -> Screen Resolution, make sure you are running at FHD+ or WQHD+ resolution (not HD+ resolution).
- In Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store -> Storage, tap Clear Data. Only clearing the cache is not enough.
- Reboot the device before retrying.

1. Play Store version is 8.4.19
2. Screen Resolution is WQHD
3. Cleared Data as requested from Play Store app.
4. Rebooted and retried worked briefly as soon as i switched out of the app into another then back again the error appeared again.- EA_Barry8 years ago

I am getting the same message. I tried to make a purchase and got an error, but then this message kept popping up. I then went on my second device and made the purchase just fine. I have tried deleting the app and updating my iOS.

We are getting this same message on our IPhone 6S. We have money in our ITunes Account. We have removed, re-downloaded, and have tried to purchase new items with no success. Is there something we need to do to link it up or something? We have no idea why this is happening. Username ID on Madden Mobile is 183759372

I am receiving the error message on my iOS device. It has been happening since the beginning of November. I am kind of glad that it is happening because it is preventing me from spending anymore money on this game. lol. Seriously, I've spent too much as it is... I did get some gift cards for Christmas and would like to purchase the Snowy Signature Pack for 2,000 madden cash. Let me know if there's anything you can do to fix it -- any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Do you need my User ID or any additional information?

I also have purchased 2 -1.99$ packs on a limited time offer for a selection of elite card and madden cash , we'll I was charged twice but only received one of the offers. I was charged twice and now I'm also seeing the same purchase failed . Note when I did first buy the offer it showed the errors of purchase failed. I have the screen shot and can help you prove my case. Who can I email and wait for my refund. I want the offer not my money back.

Hi can you help having real issues mine might be bit more complicated lol I'm playing on an amazon fire 7 I have funds (coins) in my amazon account all my details are correct and 1 click is set up but when I try to buy madden cash in game it won't let me....it let's me choose the package put my password in then when I click the "pay by 1 click" (which is the only method of payment) it says its not set up with a quick tab to my amazon 1 click settings page where I can't change anything different lol been trying hours now just wanna blow some cash 😠😂

in december 27 i was trying to buy a pack in madden 24 mobile so i put my card information to buy it and it said "your purchase could not be completed for assistent, contact apple itunes support".And its been stressing me out and i dont know what to do please help
