8 years agoCan you let us know if the following specific steps help you with this please.
- Make sure your Google Play Store app is up to date. It should be version 8.3.73 or later.
- In Settings -> Display -> Screen Resolution, make sure you are running at FHD+ or WQHD+ resolution (not HD+ resolution).
- In Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store -> Storage, tap Clear Data. Only clearing the cache is not enough.
- Reboot the device before retrying.

8 years agoWe are getting this same message on our IPhone 6S. We have money in our ITunes Account. We have removed, re-downloaded, and have tried to purchase new items with no success. Is there something we need to do to link it up or something? We have no idea why this is happening. Username ID on Madden Mobile is 183759372
