Purchase Failed-We're Sorry But The Transaction Was Not Successful.

Having the same issue.. I tried buying the $9.99 elite super bowl player at Halftime (EA halftime debacle) and it has been coming up ever since. Never received the elite player and now I can’t buy the TOTY badges even though I have money in my ITunes account... This is ridiculous!!

Now TOTY is out and STILL CANT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!! No packs or stamina. This is garbage! EA must be making a ridiculous amount of money to not worry about all the money they are losing by not fixing this issue!!

Nothing??? STILL??? This is absolute garbage!!! I want some of these TOTY packs, but this so called. “FIX” is taking this long?? Why would EA release a game that they don’t plan on making sure it works??

EA made time to put together flash sales to go along with TOTY event, but not enough time to fix our issue... I have spent too much money to just stop playing, also my league and I are very active. HOWEVER here I am falling from the 2nd best team in my league to middle of the pack because I can’t purchase anything that is suppose to help me upgrade my team!!!

Barry how is this taking this long?? There is absolutely NO WAY this is more than a week fix. Unless finding a problem in a very simple smartphone code is that hard for EA
