8 years agoCan you let us know if the following specific steps help you with this please.
- Make sure your Google Play Store app is up to date. It should be version 8.3.73 or later.
- In Settings -> Display -> Screen Resolution, make sure you are running at FHD+ or WQHD+ resolution (not HD+ resolution).
- In Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store -> Storage, tap Clear Data. Only clearing the cache is not enough.
- Reboot the device before retrying.

7 years agoI also have purchased 2 -1.99$ packs on a limited time offer for a selection of elite card and madden cash , we'll I was charged twice but only received one of the offers. I was charged twice and now I'm also seeing the same purchase failed . Note when I did first buy the offer it showed the errors of purchase failed. I have the screen shot and can help you prove my case. Who can I email and wait for my refund. I want the offer not my money back.
