QB throwing ball low or to the ground

Im seeing more and more my evolved Montana throwing in the ground on crucial downs especially in LVL against HIGHER RANKED LEAGUES (I know this is just a coincidence 🙄 just because it has happened all year and my league stays in the range of 100 spots means nothing). But why is this happening? Is it an EA bug or just another game rigging technique?

    Typically it happens to me when I am being heavily pressured and there are defendenders around me. They may even hit your throwing arm but it's hard to tell. Maybe replay one of the downs and zoom into your qb when he throws after one of these throws.
