Some Live Events usually varies between 45 seconds - 1 minute per quarter while regular games (season, playoffs, and superbowl) runs for 1 min and 30 sec each quarters. The reason basically is to shorten the time in accomplishing a certain live events that dont really need a full game time. A little bit of trivia, initially the regular games runs a minute every quarter and that there was a time that if your score are tied in the 4th Qtr, overtime will run for an entire 3 minutes.
