Ratings/attributes on player's cards doesn't match gameplay

Once again, I'm being ran down from 20+ yards out from players that are considerably slower than my player. This one is 20 yards. Irving has 80 speed and my rb has 85. I ran the "power I" on this par...

This players with 73 speed ran down my rb with 85 speed from 69 yards out and he was being blocked at one point.
