1. Connect device to your PC
2. Install and open iExplorer (any other file browser for your device will do)
3. Navigate to Apps -> MaddenMobile -> Library -> Caches and delete all contents inside that folder

It will not delete your progress from Facebook.

Seems this is happening to others also. 

Please be patient.

Have you tried logging in from another device?

Are you able to play on a guest account?

Remember to log out on all devices you use, maybe even use ashcloud's method if you can find it. If not I can link you to it.

Just be sure that you aren't logged in on any other devices.
