Thank you for getting back and my sincerely apologies for the delayed response. I strongly recommend contact our Support team so they're able to pull up your account to get a specialist to take a look to see if anything on the back-end is preventing cash from being available.
Please submit a case via in-game by going to Settings>Help. Do not choose to report a bug or else you will not receive a response from our team. Choose account or missing items as the category.
