Re: Click on event and nothing loads nfl mobile

I have tried it on my iPad and mainly play on my iPhone which neither work

have both signed out also deleted and reinstalled the app

i have tapped on different events and gone back to the one I tried to do

but it’s all events in any mode they don’t show up 

it started about a little over a week ago and had no problems before

Do you have your game synced to your Facebook account?

Let me know if these steps don't help. Maybe you need a software update on both devices?

What type of Apple devices do you have and have you tried all the steps in the link above including a reinstall of the game on both?

iPad Pro and iPhone XR 

and yes tried all of those steps

just actually retried them five mins ago

everything is also updated

Can you try playing the game off WiFi and use mobile data to see if it works on that? This way we can see if it could be potentially related to the WiFi network.

I've seen situations like this fixed by toggling WiFi off/on or re-adding the networks back to the device.
