@adkenney Are you new to the game? You can’t trade Master’s players but you can Evolve them or upgrade them to a higher OVR value. You swipe right on the screen and go to the Upgrades Menu to find where you can.

Some badges but not all can be traded in for blank badges and Gridiron Dust At the bottom of the screen in the Workshop Set.
