This also happend to me. Still not fixed. Been over 24 hrs. I emailed support through the email provided in game of madden mobile. They flat put said they wont refund the stamina owed, nor would they give me the money i spent on the faulty conquerors stamina refund locker item. Typically madden mobile support.
