Mobile Madden 26

I just downloaded the game today and every time I try to play saquon rookie 1 vs cowboys rush for 20 yards it loads up 99 percent and it says loading audio on the bottom left corner… it does nothing for minutes 

I already tried deleting the game and reinstalling it and restarted my phone many times 

Could I please get help, I would really like to enjoy the game.
