Dont seem fair to people who spend real cash to compete against the spammers and hackers and glitch mongering "players". Maybe EA will issue refunds since its obviously unfair and since they look out for the real players first LOL
Refunds? Ha, they dont even offer compensation when a game glitch or problem on their ends costs us players, money and resources. And I dont even think those Indian guys who call us when we request a call back even play the game. Their answers are always generic and they send you emails directing you here where the community admins dont have the power to help so they redirect us back to ea help. Its a system designed to frustrate us so we just give up and I gotta give em credit, it works. Most of the guys in my league just deal with whatever because trying to get hel or answers is too much of a hassle.
