I have the same problem I preordered the app it installed automatically and it never asked about my age so it set it to the lowest age 7. so they told me that this function is deliberately intended to make players start over. they tell me that any child can download the app and select what ever age they want and have access to adult content. also the same child is allowed to purchase in game currency with a credit card but they are not allowed to say hello to their friends.
