Do you find no search results or do you see a message that the game is not available in your region?

im live in France too & In IOS when you shearch the game on the app story you don’t find the app 

when you click on a link to download the game a pop up says « this app is not available in your country »

Can you try restarting your device and see if there is both an update for your device and update for the Apple store?

Do you have the latest updates on your device and Google/Apple store updated? It should be available there as far as I'm aware.
