Over 4 Years of Abysmal, Tone-Deaf Service

It has been 4 years since one of your most viewed discussions was posted. The topic? Allowing users to use their ultimate team in seasons mode. In the past 4 years it has not been reimplemented. Some of the other qualms that people had was the removal of the auction house. I understand the reasons for the removal of the auction house, but you are telling me that you still have not figured out a resolution that can resolve this issue? 

I used to spend money on this game, and it seems that money is all you care about. But you continue patronize your customers and pretend that you care about us or the game. Over the years reading through the forum, I would say that you have implemented maybe 10% of the suggestions that your userbase have given you (and that is being generous).

But it has come to the point where even seasons mode is getting frustrating to play, because you cannot even be bothered to correctly identify what positions players play. This leads to players who will not even make the roster, or will never see the field in an NFL game, be forced into the starting position, because the actual starters are labeled as the wrong position. 

Another issue that I was just reminded of, is the fact that you continue to have overalls go over 100. The userbase has voiced their issue with this change that you made a few years ago, but you continue to keep it. I do not understand the business thinking that this game has. Why only pander to the whales that keep this game afloat, when you can do that, and make more money off the people who love this game. 

All in all, it is sad to see that the developers of this game have lost the passion that they once had.
