I take it you've tried all the steps in the link I sent so let's try this.

Toggle WiFi off and then try to sign in. If it doesn't work, try resetting the password on your Google Play account.

So what exactly were you doing just prior to this not working? Curious if you both did anything that's related. 

I am going through the same situation and I've tried all the stuff that you said in your reply and it has not worked. And I also need help on what to do in order to reset my password and if that doesn't work can you give us more tips?

Ps: I got off the game before going to bed. The next day,I tried logging in to my Google play games account because that's my main account, then it said that Google Play login failed. that's what happened.

Cant really remember, just getting off before I went to bed and then getting back on after school the next to find that its not working

I just really want my account back, I know its not that much, but I've spent about $200 on this game and I don't want it all to go to waste.

Do you have an option to login with Facebook? Curious if you're able to do that to see if it automatically syncs you in with your Google account. 

I don't have a Facebook account though. 

What will happen if I get one?

Will it delete all my progress?

If not then I'll make one. 

Someone should experiment if you already have a Facebook account.

I did a while ago and the guy said there is no way to access account unless youbhave tour account id# and then he said to try it on another device and it still didn't work

To be honest I'm not sure about that question as this appears to be an isolated issue with the group of other players here. Have you tried connecting to the game from a different WiFi connection? Do you know if there are any parental controls on your device's mobile network and WiFi router? 

If you're not able to login to Google or Facebook from multiple devices that seems more network based rather than device or specific to your Madden Mobile account. 

Cant be ive tried getting in about 3 other wifi conections.

Same happen for me and i still can't log in I've tried everything and still same thing.

Give us a better solution because obviously it doesn't work at all it was working before season 6 started but when season 6 started it didn't connect same goes with season 7 so FIX THE DAM* GAME PLEASE Y'ALL HAD ENOUGH TIME TO DO SO RESET THE GAME IF YOU HAVE TO IT'S GETTING ON MY NERVES AND I MIGHT NOT BE A FAN OF EA ANYMORE IF Y'ALL DON'T FIX IT.
