Journeys Genesis Won't Let Me Progress to Next Stage After Completing All Events

In playing Journeys Genesis I find that the app will not allow me to advance to the next Journeys stage despite my having completed all the required events.  I have already force quit MM 22, cleared...

    @michaelkottler 

    I think there might be some confusion here. If you completed "V" of Journey: Genesis this is the only Journey at the moment. Since it's unlocked the AFC and NFC that is what is currently available. There is nothing else to unlock at this time.

    • We will launch with Journey: Genesis, AFC & NFC Journeys (which require Genesis completion first) 
    • There will be more to come later. 
      • We will determine/figure out what feels like an appropriate cadence to release more Journeys.

Thank you for clarifying this issue for me. I deeply appreciate your taking the time to enlighten me. I am amazed that no one at EA Help was aware of the information you've provided me (that there currently is no Journeys stage after Genesis). I spoke with three separate EA Help representatives along with corresponding with another by email and none of them were aware of the fact that currently the only Journeys stage is Genesis. How could they not know something so fundamental? They all stated that it was a bug they'd report to the department team. Wow. In any case, thank you very much for excusing my humble ignorance and clearing my confusion. Your assistance is deeply appreciated. Whom may I contact to praise your good efforts? You deserve kudos for helping me out here. Again, thank you!

    No problem! While there are a lot of Advisors that will play this game, all are trained to help across a wide variety of issues for all of our games, so it's possible you will get in touch with someone that doesn't have too much knowledge about the game but is equipped to help with missing items, account issues, etc. With the hundreds of games EA makes it can be tough to play them all. 😉

    For game knowledge these forums are one of the best resources because it not only includes some Community Managers that have knowledge about the game and direct links to the studios, it also has a lot of hardcore players for this game where you can find answers from them too. Going forward, always report bugs here that aren't related to missing content or inability to advance through stages (anything that impedes progress) so we can flag that down to the team.

      @EA_Blueberry Yup! Gamers on here share their experiences, game fixes and bugs which help immensely as EA Comm Managers help out with more than MM and can’t always immediately respond but ultimately do!
