I know account recovery isn't the most fun to go through, I'll do everything I can to help and point you in the right direction.
When it comes to account recovery, as long as players sign into the game via Google, Apple, or Facebook that will sync the data to the cloud. You will never lose progress if you uninstall the game or get a new device. If you play on guest mode, the data is saved to the device so if you uninstall the game or reset the device it will delete the progress.
You can only play one Madden Mobile account on each device. So if you logged into a different account on your device at the start of this new season, you will always see that team when you load it up. If you know your Madden Mobile User ID for your previous team, you can always contact our Support team so they can pull up the account it's associated with, that way you know what email address to use when you log into the game on your device. Some players accidentally swap Google/Apple accounts on their device, not sure if you may have signed in under a different one.
Here is how to contact our Support if you know your Madden Mobile User ID. If you do not know it, we may have trouble locating and recovery your account.
