Re: Madden Mobile 21 will not load “Service Inaccessible”

This errors are generally device/connectivity related. Try these steps and let me know if it helps. If not, run through the help article below and let me know what device you play on.

  • Simply restart your device
  • Toggle WiFi off and back on for your device
  • Try playing the game to see if you continue to get the error. If you get the error again, see if you have the option to connect to a different WIFi channel fro your router (I have 2.4 and 5.0GHz)
  • Check your device for software updates
  • Try deleting the app and reinstall it (if you connected your game to Google/Apple your progress will be saved to the servers. If you play on guest mode, deleting the game will delete all of your progress)
  • We've seen some parental control apps restrict access to the game

    I have done all things that are supposed to help make it work but it still won’t even load I have never loaded it fully on this device and it also isn’t because this devices isn’t compatible because it’s a 2020 iPhone se plz help

    @beastmodeRBQB @EA_Blueberry I have as well. Still crashing, unknown error, failed EA server initialization, and connectivity. My whole league and the league we are playing are still having the same issue and I posted this solution.

    @EA_Blueberry non of these worked but when I went to school I could get in the game,but every other app on my phone works. My phone is a 6s and it’s updated to 14.4

    @lukepackers06 Do you know if you have any parental controls set up through your router's administration panel? I have the ability to set connectivity restrictions (data caps, child protection settings). If you're able to connect to a school network but unable to connect to your home network, that sounds like a local network issue where configuration from your router is needed. Removing the WiFi connection from your device and re-adding it may help.

    It worked 3 days ago and we haven’t changed anything with our Wi-Fi.And every app is working even other EA apps

    I've tried all of the solutions and still does not work I've played it perfectly before but now it won't work I'm using a galaxy s20+ and my device is fully updated and I tried reinstalling the game and turning off and on wifi and just using data I went to another game and it worked perfectly fine please help

    I still have this problem, I have tried everything, connecting to a different network, reseting the phone, uninstall-install. And now I have downloaded Madden nfl 22, this is still a problem.

    Let me know all steps you've tried, type of device you play on, what login method you used in the past, and whether you're able to connect from a different device under the same network.
