Same here I had several players and collectibles come up missing the morning of 4/11 and EA help was a joke. I sent them a detailed email including all the things I knew went missing only to be asked to call so I did they then asked me to upload a list of missing items, which I had included in my email, and then call back. Still not fixed and I get a pro pack as apology, what a joke!
