So here is my experience, and I'm sure it is the same for everybody else that lost their Blitz Tickets. On black Friday I spent $25 to buy Blitz Packs for the tickets so I could buy packs with them (specifically the 20 trophy pack or Football Outsiders Elite Player Pack) . Like many other players out there, EA lost my blitz tickets the day after black Friday before I could spend them. Today is Saturday December 5th and so a week later I finally get my tickets back, however all of the packs worth buying have expired and without a way to get more blitz tickets it is now impossible to even attempt to buy the player for 100 tickets. So I contact EA and ask them to exchange my 14 tickets for the FBO Elite pack, since it has expired and it also cost 14 tickets, or at least give me a 20 trophy pack(cost 8 tickets). What I was told is that they cannot do that, and they will not be able to help me any further in this matter. So not only did they lose my tickets that i paid $25 for a week and then give them back, they refuse to compensate me for their mistake and are not willing to allow me to purchase the pack that I originally bought them for.
So to sum it all up, essentially what happend is this.
-I pay $25 for tickets to purchase a pack
-EA makes a mistake and loses my tickets, meanwhile the pack I purchased them for is gone, and they refuse to exchange them for me.
So I spend money on content, they lose the content and a week later give me expired currency and tell me there is nothing they can do about it. I am now out $25 of my hard earned money because they made a mistake and will not refund me or compensate me or anything.
How many other people has this happend too?
PS - EA, I have spent over $200 in the last month alone on this game, I will not spend another dime until this is fixed. And I will not let this be forgotten either, I will be a pain in your side until you make this right.
