Hey there!
Reinstalling the game will cause your data to be lost if you're playing on GUEST MODE. If you logged in with Google or your Apple account, your progress is saved to the servers. I highly recommend writing down your Madden User ID in case you have to go through account recovery with our Support teams at some point in the future. Hopefully not, but having your account ID written down can help prevent a loss of progress.
Reinstalling the app usually helps clear up game issues. There is an option to lower the graphics in-game under Settings>Preferences. The lower the graphics, the better your device will perform because there's less stress on generating more detailed graphics.
