Re: MADDEN MOBILE server maintenance message

Due to maintenance I was unable to play the thanksgiving event so I think that it should be extended for a little while.

I am talking to them right now.
"There is some technical issue going with madden servers right now."
"Our investigators are currently looking the matter and are performing some technical troubleshooting to resolve the issue."

"Very soon, this issue will be resolved."

I asked if we would be compensated.

"Oh, sure. Our studio team will look into the issue and its consequences too."

"So, shorty depending on the feedback, they will compensate the players accordingly."

OK I have the issues too, how do they plan on knowing who gets compensated. I can't be on all day I have a life but I wanted the live events to feet better players
