@hawskeeHow do you get the bump in rank to go into effect i have a rank 2 Gronk that is the same overall as before.
Edit: just ranked up another player and the new bump worked, when will this go retroactive for players already ranked up before the switch? I also tried leveling up Gronk but that did not work to get the new rank up bonus...

EA is currently investigating why the Rank 2+ Uncommon and Rare player cards were not retroactively bumped.
Still waiting on them to fix this.
@hawskee When I try to log in to play the game it says”Failed to intalize EA service(s). What do you think I should do? I don’t ha e it linked to my google or Facebook account yet.

Hi,
Are you still experiencing that login error currently? I know there were reported issues of logging into the game earlier on in the day, but they seem to have been resolved.
Usually that specific login error can be resolved with a simple force close/restart of device.
