    I already did that through email twice over the past couple days. They wanted a screen shot but there is none since it was an in game purchase using Madden Cash. I tried again but on the phone today. After being on hold several times I was informed I needed to come here and post, that developers would need to get involved so they could see the in game activity.

    Have you tried reaching out to our team on Twitter? They should be able to pull up your account to verify what you purchased. If they see the cash missing they should be able to verify whether you received the patches that go along with it.

    We can track issues that players are reporting to us here, however our forum staff or development team are not geared to address individual purchase issues. :\
