Re: My game always says resource download error please help

This seems like a more complicated bug that should be addressed in an update. It’s happening to thousands of users any time they’re not on WiFi. That’s simply not a “mobile experience”, and it’s not isolated to ios or android. It’s thousands of users and it’s just this app having connectivity problems. That’s a y’all problem.

You're not alone.  My issue is with wifi Hotspot.  EA servers don't recognize network although I can download and reinstall game (11x), in-game ads play fine.  Tech only sends same generic solutions.  I have tried with a 5 bar connection and error still appears.  Since last update this issue has gotten much worse.

According to what was stated by Nick, the Community Manager, on the latest stream, the development team has identified this error and are working to have a fix pushed out for it in the "beginning of November".

Can try to relay any additional updates/information regarding this as they become available, but that is the latest update we've received regarding this issue as of yesterday (October 19th).
