Re: Not getting rewards and cant play madden academy

Have you gotten anything from EA Help? Are they at least looking into this for you?

    In post #2 @EA_David wanted me to make new account to know is it my system or my account. I made one, and everything seems fine on that account, rewards and madden academy, all good.. So it must be my account. And now, he is not replying to me. I belive they can fix this..

    Can you send me a DM with the UIDs for the "good" and "bad" accounts, and the EA account name/email that's attached to it, and we'll see if anything can be done.

    As far as I know support don't have tools to merge accounts, so they can't help with such cases.

  • EA support doesn't have the tools to do much of anything @EA_David. That's the problem. We are never allowed to speak with anyone that does have the tools. We're not even sure there is anyone who has the tools to help us.
    There really needs to be a way to escalate legitimate issues with our accounts. And this guy's problem is the best example you could have as to why we need another, higher tier of customer service.
