If a rank was reset, please have the commissioner contact our Terms of Service team for any inquiries on whether this was the result of any wrongdoing by league members.

I tried as a admin of the league and ea.help told me there were no notes on my account and I should be able to join any league I would like. Supposedly this issue was escalated to the next level but I have not heard anything back yet.
