Outlaws Record Reset

Outlaws was the #2 league on 6/24/21 in madden mobile. There record was reset without any email/notification of any kind. That means no one knows if this was a punishment from EA or a mistake becaus...

If a rank was reset, please have the commissioner contact our Terms of Service team for any inquiries on whether this was the result of any wrongdoing by league members.

I tried as a admin of the league and ea.help told me there were no notes on my account and I should be able to join any league I would like. Supposedly this issue was escalated to the next level but I have not heard anything back yet.
