If you have lost coins in an auction or have not received and item from an auction please allow 24hrs to pass for the coins or item(s) to become available.

After 24hrs if the coins or items are not available to you then first power your device off and back on.

If your missing items or coins are still not available upon login then contact an Advisor for assistance.

    Thank you for replying so far; can you respond with anything definitive in terms of a resolution for all these lost cards and coins? Are they eventually going to be replaced in users' accounts, or not? When? 

    I lost 68k in coins and a high value card, disappeared without a trace. Have heard of others losing hundreds of thousands. I've waited now for almost 48 hours, nothing. 

    I opened a support case, but I can't fathom how, without any additional detail, EA is going to restore all the lost time, cards, coins (which in some cases, equals real dollars spent on the game) that users put into this. EA might  fix it from happening again in the future, but what's the plan for restoring what's been lost?

    I am unable to discuss our policies and procedures. There may currently be some wait time to contact an Advisor due to the release of Fifa 15.

    Well that's not very satisfying but thank you for the response anyways. 

    Off the record, I would probably anticipate EA is going to get hit with a class action lawsuit over this kind of stuff.
    Not sure what we all agree to in the EULA, but no agreement is going to override fundamentals that a company is liable for providing reasonable services for which people are paying real $$$ for...  temporary outages are one thing but endemic negligence is another...

    good luck everyone! hope we get our coins and cards back someday...

    Same here ... I have lost close to 180,000 coins 8n losing auctions and not getting coins back. EA was first contacted around 9/10 and then again 9/15, have heard nothing since speaking to an advisor. EA needs to do something about this issue!

    It's taking forever for EA to get to my case. For lost coins, u guys should already have created a system where u can see all the purchases of players in the 'Live Auctions' area. That way, u should be able to refund anything tht didn't go through or just give us the player when it says we actually win it. It would be nice to actually win am auction w/o major problems. Tht should of been a part of the patch made yesterday. This game would be 11/10 if it's fixed

    I tried to go to an advisor but it seems to have timed out at 40 minutes left and if you restart you're right back to waiting for 90 minutes.
