Receiving a gift pack in Madden Mobile
Logged in with Facebook. Started a league. Sent a gift to friend in league. He didn't know how to receive and neither do I.

Normally you get the message in your Madden Inbox. It should say something like "You have received a pack/gift from". If you don't see it, then I suggest you open a ticket with EA to fix/track this issue.
