Community ManagerIf you still have access to your previous device you may be able recover your account. If your game was not linked to Facebook you can link it on the old device and should then be able to continue on the iPhone.

- When you sign in and it asks for new account or existing, click existing then there will be an option to recover your account.
So I got a new phone and linked my Apple ID account to my madden account and nothing saved what do I do

Do you still have your old phone? You can log into your account to verify your Madden User ID.
Your progress should carry over from your old device if you synced it up to your iCloud/Apple account. If you linked it up to Facebook, visit Facebook and go to Settings>Apps and remove Madden Mobile so it unlinks it from your old phone, then log into the game with your new iPhone.
