Resource download error Madden Mobile - no internet connection

Can anyone tell me how to get in contact with support for madden mobile... I can't see it on the list of games when contacting support. Downloaded app on my iPad was working fine for the last 2 weeks...

I love this game but today I went on and it said resources download check internet connection. I restarted my device, restarted the app and wifi and it still says that. Some answers to similar questions say to just delete the app and get it again but I am unfortunately not connected to Facebook. Is there any way to save my game?

I know I tried everything. And it still don't work and I don't have my team save and I berly had gotn a Andrew luck a Steve smith and a Reggie bush -_- smh
