Resource download error Madden Mobile - no internet connection

Can anyone tell me how to get in contact with support for madden mobile... I can't see it on the list of games when contacting support. Downloaded app on my iPad was working fine for the last 2 weeks...

OKAY GUYS. So I went to my library and tried it there, and I got no Resource Download Error. So, I think it is an issue with the actual internet connection itself, since it works in my library.
