Resource download error Madden Mobile - no internet connection

Can anyone tell me how to get in contact with support for madden mobile... I can't see it on the list of games when contacting support. Downloaded app on my iPad was working fine for the last 2 weeks...

    Experiencing the same issue.  I had this game on my phone in the past and after redownloading it (signing in with facebook), this error message keeps coming up.  

    Any help would be appreciated.  

    A little discouraged after reading all who have not seen help resolving.

      Hey, this problem has been going on for 4 years straight and EA still hasnt fixed it SMH. I just want to play Madden on my phone.WHy can i do that with ou this network problemm. I am connected to the internet. ARE YOU STUPID OR SOMETHIN???
