Resource Download Error

Been having this problem for a few days now. I'm connected to wifi and the app has been working but just stopped working. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again and it still won't load. Anyone else currently or has had this problem that can help?

Outside of this game, is your Wi-Fi connection working okay?

If you have access to the router it may be worthwhile powering it off and restarting it.

I don't have access to the router, but the wifi seems to be working fine

Switch to mobile data and test, then switch back to Wi-Fi and retest. Again, post your results here, thanks.

I'm not using a phone, I'm using an iPad mini

Have you changed location or connection just before this started to happen?

Are you connecting to a restricted network such as Corporate, Military or University?

I usually played at home, but I've been in the hospital for the last two weeks. The game worked for the first week and a half but has stopped after that. I'm using the hospitals guest wifi to play

Thanks, I'm going to try to get in to my account on another device and see if that works in any ways and I will try again once I get home.

Tried getting on the game on another device and it worked, only problem now is that my account is saved on my iPad that won't load. :/
