Road to the Ring live event Bug

Ever since Ed Reed and the newest RTTR players came out, I have been doing the 3dReed set. I have 1 issue though. I got 9 of 10 rings on Reed the first day, the only ring I didn't get was the gold ring IV or 4. I didn't think this was a problem but for a week now I've drained my energy (32) all the way several times and have not gotten this ring. I now have the BJ Raji set almost done (still without ring IV). Is this a bug or am I VERY unlucky?

    I've had the same issue. I've probably acquired 50 rings and none of them are Super Bowl 31. I've used ring exchange probably 12 times and I just end up giving them 5 rings for 1 that I already have. I could really use the better player too.

    It's not bad luck, it's the way the game is designed. You will have dozens upon dozens upon dozens of duplicates before you get the ring(s) you need. The ring re-roll might help, but not a lot.
