RTtp Masters Exhchange Voucher - Error?

I completed the RTttp Set where you exchange 50 tournament medals for a 91 master and (supposedly) the masters exchange voucher, but I did not receive the voucher..

I completed it this afternoon (12/3/2020), and I did not get the voucher. Will EA be sending it to our accounts? I know others are experiencing the same issue, and I want to check and see what the deal is.
