Season mode issues

It keeps saying loading audio and doesn't play the game in season mode.I have uninstalled the game a whole lot of times and reinstalled..restarted the season mode again.. same same problem and I'm playing as the chiefs it always stops at game 6 with the 49ers..so I decided to check if the game has a problem with the 49ers and started a season mode with the 49ers.. Everytime the 49ers are home it doesn't play..FIX THE GAME...I actually enjoy playing this game..I'm playing as the chiefs again and it's stopped AGAIN at the 49ers game ...FIX YOUR GAME ASAP...I've had this problem for 2 months now
