Do not post personal information like your name, phone number or other things on Answer HQ. Answer HQ is not a private messaging center with EA Customer Support, but a publicly viewable message boards where users help eachother out with technical issues encounters while playing EA games. As for your request for a refund, nobody here can grant you such a thing, we are fellow gamers with no access to your account. If you wish to pursue a refund you will need to contact an in-game advisor for help with your issue. In-game advisors can be found at http://help.ea.com
